The vibe for Spring 2012: Take Ivy to Hawaii or How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Beach. Gant by Michael Bastian hit the ripcurl and turned a toasty wave this season with a playful ode to ’70s kitsch—the original Hawaii Five-0 theme rang throughout this presentation as models showed off turtle-patterned shorts held up with rope belts, colorful rugby shirts, pale seersucker, plaid blazers, denim in yellow and white, and even the occasional speedo.
