5x7: A Fashion Week Photo Journal
All throughout NYFW, we’re talking to five of New York City’s sharpest show-goers.
5x7: Johan Lindeberg
“I look at accessories every day: Obviously I have my beard, my glasses, and a tattoo of my daughter’s drawing. I have my things. Then I wear either a coat, my biker jacket, or a blazer. So I’m very straightforward, in my way of dressing.”
5x7: Dao-Yi Chow
“I’ve been going to shows probably for like nine or ten years now. The thing I miss most is just going to other people’s shows. Now I never get to go out and see anybody else’s presentation because I’m so crazed with ours. It’s a bummer.”
5x7: Chris Bosh
“My style is definitely a happy medium between dressy and comfortable. You want to look good, and it’s my business to look professional. There’s a time for cool pieces, though, so I try to sneak in as many as possible. Definitely don’t want to be too serious.”
5x7: Caroline Issa
“I grew up in Canada, but I’ve been living in London for the last eleven years. I guess what I bring to Fashion Week is a bit of European flavor. It’s tough to think about it individually, when we all contribute.”
“Brand is not just about the product, it’s also about the culture.” - Johan Lindeberg
